Problem with uploded picture mask

Hello all,

I ran into a problem with my C-MOR15RM and uploading a picture mask for propper motion detection. I greated the black and white mask as described in the handbook. I uploaded it but now it shows the uploaded mask in a small picture with a smaller size than the live picture. What did I do wrong?
Is the motion detection working correctly?

Hi Benny,

This is a known bug in the C-MOR video surveillance firmware. We got this reported and it's scheduled to be fixed with the next release.

Anyway, the motion detection should work fine. This is only a display problem!
